Keshilli Kombetar i Noterise, nisur nga disa njoftime te publikuara ne disa media ne daten 16.09.2020 dhe diten e sotme, date 22.09.2020, prane medias Balkanweb.al per Sistemin Elektronik te Noterise informon si me poshte:

Platforma elektronike e Akteve dhe Veprimeve Noteriale NISA, eshte nje sistem i konceptuar nga Dhoma Kombetare e Noterise, investuar, i administruar dhe ne pronesi te Noterit.

Ne lidhje me disa fakte te dala ne media, Dhoma e Notereve ju informon qe ky sistem nuk eshte ngritur me fonde publike te Agjensise Kombetare te Shoqerise se Informacionit apo te ndonje institucioni tjeter shteteror, por eshte nje investim i vete zyrave qe ofrojne sherbimin noterial ne Republiken e Shqiperise, me qellimin e vetem per te ofruar nje sherbim te shpejte, te sigurt dhe te bazuar ne ligj per qytetaret shqiptare.

Infrastruktura hardware ne te cilen hostohet sistemi NISA eshte e vendosur ne datacenter-in qeveritar prane AKSHI duke qene se ky datacenter ploteson standartet nderkombetare.

Per arsye te nje difekti teknik ne infastrukturen hardware ku hostohet sistemi NISA, ne pronesi dhe administrim te Dhomes se Noterise, jo te AKSHI-t, ne daten 16.09.2020, sistemi ka patur nje shkeputje te perkohshme.

Paralelisht eshte vijuar me tej me aktivizimin e ambjentit backup (parashikuar per cdo incident teknik te mundshem) duke garantuar keshtu qe puna te vijoje normalisht pas nderprerjes.

Sistemi NISA garanton ofrimin e sherbimeve noteriale totalisht te dixhitalizuar duke siguruar te dhenat e aktivitetit noterial ne 3 nensisteme te ndryshme qe kane te bejne me Platformen e Trajnimit, Platformen Qendrore te Regjistrimit te te Dhenave, platformen e Sigurise Backup.

Dhoma Kombetare e Noterise perfiton nga rasti per te informuar publikun qe sistemi elektronik NISA eshte nje sistem elektronik i ndervepruar me agjensite e tjera publike dhe databazat e tjera shteterore, duke garantuar keshtu garanci, transparence, profesionalizem, standartizim dhe cilesi juridike te tekstit te cdo dokumenti noterial te prodhuar me kete sistem.
